Dr. Stefan Kohn, an expert in strategic foresight and innovation, currently contributes to a Think & Do Tank at Deutsche Telekom in Germany, focusing on Innovations for Customer Service. He previously managed the Future & Innovation Forum of Deutsche Telekom and has over 20 years of professional experience, including roles at Fraunhofer Gesellschaft e.V. and Fujifilm Europe GmbH. He holds degrees in business administration and mechanical engineering from Darmstadt University of Technology and a Ph.D. from Otto Beisheim Graduate School of Management. An active member of PDMA, La Futura, and ISPIM, he also imparts knowledge as a lecturer at FOM University and the University of Applied Science in Koblenz.
