Considered one of the world’s top women futurists by Forbes magazine, Yvette began her formal foresight career as Disney’s futurist where she led the effort to establish the Future Workforce Insights division at the Walt Disney Company, identifying future workforce trends and leveraging foresight models and techniques to assess potential threats and exciting opportunities for the organization. As a corporate foresight practitioner, Yvette pioneered approaches to translate futures methodologies into a practical and tangible process in order to encourage adoption. Since becoming Managing Partner and Principal at Kedge (dba TFSX), Yvette has established herself as an expert in foresight capacity building. As a published author and speaker, Yvette’s thought leadership further demonstrates her ability to demystify foresight for non-foresight professionals. Although written in July 2015, her publication for the TD at Work series entitled, “The Futurist Leader,” is still lauded today for its clear and concise content and framing.
